About the Role
This position is responsible for performing repair and preventative maintenance on shop equipment and building facilities. The role serves as a critical support function for production staff, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly by troubleshooting and repairing equipment and addressing building maintenance needs. The incumbent will manage preventative maintenance schedules, handle electrical and HVAC installations and repairs, and maintain company facilities, including structural and equipment issues. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with subcontractors, supporting large capital installation projects, and keeping management informed of potential problems or areas of concern.
