About the Role

National Indoor RV Centers is seeking a dependable, versatile individual to join our team as a Building Maintenance (Handyperson). This role is designed for a true "jack-of-all-trades" who takes pride in keeping our facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will seamlessly transition between custodial duties and minor repairs, ensuring our brand-new facilities operate at their best.

Your day will involve managing the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems while conducting routine inspections to identify needs before they become issues. You will also handle deep-cleaning projects, sanitize common areas, and coordinate with vendors for larger repairs. This position requires a self-motivated professional who can work independently or as part of a team, maintaining accurate records of all activities.

Work Environment & Schedule

This is a full-time role with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. The position involves both indoor and outdoor work, requiring physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. You may occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals and various weather conditions. While the core hours are standard, occasional evening, weekend, or on-call availability may be required for special projects or emergencies.

Requirements
