As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will serve as a vital part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, ensuring the seamless operation of building systems. Your role involves monitoring, maintaining, and repairing a wide array of infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and life safety systems. You will be responsible for keeping facility operations compliant with all applicable codes and regulations while driving energy efficiency and extending the lifespan of building machinery through proactive preventive maintenance.
Beyond technical execution, this position requires you to apply deep knowledge of standard principles to solve complex operational challenges. You will act as a mentor, coaching others and sharing expertise across multiple job disciplines.
