We are seeking motivated individuals with a genuine commitment to energy efficiency, sustainability, and the building energy performance of new residential construction. This role is designed for those eager to become certified HERS Raters and perform Home Energy Audits in accordance with RESNET Guidelines.
In this position, you will conduct visual inspections of materials, collect data, and observe energy-efficient features. You will utilize cutting-edge technology, including blower doors and duct leakage testing equipment, to evaluate building performance against industry standards. Beyond the technical aspects, you will actively develop relationships with builders and code officials through effective, professional communication.
