About the Role

We are currently seeking a BSA/AML Investigator to join our team at our Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT. This is a full-time, in-office position dedicated to conducting investigations of customer activity in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while meeting Quality Assurance expectations for accuracy.

In this role, you will write concise conclusions for investigative review findings and prepare accurate, timely Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in accordance with procedures. You will document factual findings, compile data, and maintain necessary records and files to ensure efficient and consistent reporting of investigations. You will communicate with branch and department managers, as well as the Regional BSA Officer, to research and investigate cases, making recommendations for closing account relationships to Investigations management when warranted. You will also escalate identified risks to team leadership and ensure all investigations meet SLAs for completion.
