As a Real Estate Processor, you will be the backbone of the mortgage process, working closely with Mortgage Loan Originators, members, and local partners. Your mission is to ensure every loan file is accurate, compliant, and ready for closing. You will navigate the complexities of loan documentation, coordinate third-party services, and monitor conditions to deliver a seamless journey for our members.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will be the point of contact for member inquiries, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their lending journey. Whether you are verifying documentation, preparing disclosures, or clearing loan conditions, your work directly impacts the trust our members place in Credit Union 1.
This is an on-site position located at our Abbott Headquarters (1941 Abbott Rd.). Please note that Credit Union 1 does not provide relocation assistance; candidates selected for this role are responsible for relocating to Alaska at their own expense prior to their start date.
