Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Breast Medical Oncologist to join the only National Cancer Institute (NCI)-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center in Upstate New York. Founded in 1898, the institution stands as one of the oldest cancer-specialty organizations in the United States, blending a rich history with a modern, centralized cancer campus.
This role is designed for a physician who thrives in a collaborative environment where clinical care and academic mission work intersect. You will join a dedicated team of three physicians, supported by advanced practice providers (APPs), nursing staff, oncology nursing coordinators, social work fellows, and pharmacists. The position offers the opportunity to build on deep research strengths, teach and train the next generation, and coordinate comprehensive patient discussions involving pathology, imaging, surgery, oncology, and genetics.
At Roswell Park, you will practice within a multispecialty space that fosters close partnership with breast surgery counterparts and other specialists. The culture emphasizes community outreach and the delivery of standout clinical care. The team structure ensures that providers are never working in isolation; rather, they rely on a robust support network including APPs who work alongside them daily.
