The Brand Experience Specialist is a professional bicycle mechanic with a Specialized obsession and vast knowledge of bicycles and electric bikes. This role exists to increase bike and electric bike education, brand awareness, and rider engagement. If the idea of being in the field with riders and being part of a cohesive, dynamic team gets you pumped up, this is your opportunity to saddle up.
You will be the face of the brand in the South Florida region, activating rider-facing demos and events that drive riders to retail. Your day-to-day involves finding riders, getting them on Specialized bikes, and driving them to retail partners. You will coordinate logistics with the Field Sales team to elevate retailer education and work with multiple teams across Specialized to bring the best experience to the rider. This role requires a love of travel and van life, with a schedule that includes weekend and evening events to meet the needs of the region.
