About the Role

The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) is a vital part of our client support team, teaming up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. You will provide seamless administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of advisors, playing a key role in facilitating communication and ensuring a positive client experience.

In this dynamic environment, you will deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed. Your day will involve taking an active role in annual business planning, assisting in developing strategies for the upcoming year, and driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events. You will also actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services, acting as a trusted partner in their financial journey.
