As the incoming Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Physician, you will join a forward-thinking team within an award-winning, nationally recognized, not-for-profit health system—one of the top five largest in America. This team performs both autologous and allopathic transplantations, offering substantial growth potential and a robust support system.
You will shape the future of medicine with an expanding department aiming to perform 150 transplants annually. The role allows you to specialize in leukemia care, focusing on innovative treatments and patient recovery in a high-priority, expanding specialty area. In addition to clinical duties, you will contribute to leading-edge research and clinical trials while teaching internal medicine residents and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Your schedule will balance clinical and administrative responsibilities, typically consisting of 2.5 days in the clinic and 2.5 days dedicated to administrative tasks and inpatient coverage. You will work within state-of-the-art facilities, including multiple exam rooms, an imaging suite, and a direct link to a major hospital, ensuring you have the resources needed to deliver exceptional patient care.
