About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about shaping adaptive behaviors and facilitating meaningful change. In this position, you will serve as a vital link between empirical research and real-world application, collaborating closely with families, schools, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive behavioral plans.
Your day will involve assessing behavioral needs, crafting individualized strategies for children and young adults, and monitoring participant progress. You will also play a key educational role by conducting training sessions for staff and caregivers on behavior management practices, ensuring cohesive strategies across all support networks. Staying informed on the latest advancements in the field will be essential as you maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports.
