We are seeking a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive behavioral plans driven by empirical research. Your work will focus on assessing behavioral needs, crafting individualized plans for children and young adults, and monitoring participant progress to ensure high-quality support.
You will serve as a key connector between parents, teachers, and other professionals, ensuring cohesive strategies are in place. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions for staff and caregivers on behavior management practices while staying informed on the latest advancements in the field. This position is ideal for someone who can communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences and manage effective team collaboration.
