About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about shaping adaptive behaviors. In this position, you will collaborate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive behavioral plans driven by empirical research. Your work will focus on assessing behavioral needs, crafting individualized plans for children and young adults, and monitoring participant progress to ensure cohesive strategies and high-quality support.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates should submit their application with a resume and cover letter detailing their experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Selected applicants will be contacted for an initial screening interview, followed by a technical discussion regarding case management and behavioral intervention strategies.
