About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about driving positive change. In this role, you will collaborate closely with families, schools, and other stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive behavioral plans. These plans are driven by empirical research and tailored to facilitate significant improvements in the lives of those we serve.
You will be the bridge between clinical expertise and daily support, working alongside parents, teachers, and professionals to ensure cohesive strategies and high-quality care. Your work will involve assessing behavioral needs, crafting individualized plans, and conducting training sessions for staff and caregivers on behavior management practices. As a key member of our team, you will also monitor participant progress, prepare detailed reports, and stay informed on the latest advancements in the field of behavior analysis.
