About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about shaping adaptive behaviors. In this role, you will collaborate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive behavioral plans driven by empirical research. Your work will focus on assessing behavioral needs, crafting individualized plans for children and young adults, and monitoring participant progress. You will also conduct training sessions for staff and caregivers on behavior management practices, ensuring cohesive strategies and high-quality support across all environments.
