About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about shaping adaptive behaviors and facilitating meaningful change in the lives of those we serve. In this role, you will collaborate closely with families, schools, and other stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive behavioral plans driven by empirical research.
You will be the driving force behind our therapeutic approach, assessing behavioral needs and crafting individualized plans for children and young adults. Your day will involve implementing behavioral programs, monitoring participant progress, and conducting training sessions for staff and caregivers on behavior management practices. By maintaining accurate records and staying informed on the latest advancements in the field, you will ensure that our strategies remain cohesive, high-quality, and effective.
