About the Role

As a BioPharmaceutical Account Manager, you will lead the promotion of our infusion product in the Middletown, NY territory. Your mission is to drive demand creation by providing comprehensive clinical knowledge, executing sales and marketing strategies in the local market, and partnering to deploy approved services necessary to meet the needs of each account. You will engage with multi-disciplinary customers using a total office call approach to communicate the value proposition of a new delivery method, handling objections and closing calls with a commitment to action that drives changes in behavior.

This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset to gain access, build, and maintain productive internal and external relationships. You will navigate a complex coverage landscape, anticipating and communicating the impact of reimbursement and distribution processes to key partners while addressing payer access issues. Success in this position involves gathering and validating key market trends, mapping account linkages, and applying comprehensive therapeutic knowledge to uncover unique opportunities within the neurology space.

Territory & Work Context

The primary territory is centered in Middletown, NY, with boundaries including Mt. Kisco, Kingston/Poughkeepsie, and White Plains. We consider candidates who live within 40 miles of these territory boundaries and have access to a major airport. The role involves driving as an essential duty and requires a valid driver's license. You will be expected to travel domestically up to 30%–40% of the time to regularly meet with your customer base, internal personnel, and to attend 4–8 internal or external conferences and meetings across the United States.
