About the Role

We are seeking a Bindery Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring production goals are met by providing accurate and timely finishing of quality products for our clients. The department handles a wide range of activities including cutting, folding, die cutting, saddle stitching, drilling, padding, and scoring.

You will provide both the final finishing steps on many products, as well as intermediate finishing on items that are completed in other departments. This position offers on-the-job training and development, allowing you to grow your skills while operating bindery equipment to meet safety, quality, and production standards. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where accountability for the quality of work is paramount.
