The Billing Operations Analyst serves as a critical link between North America Field Service operations and the billing readiness process. This role is designed to ensure accuracy and timeliness in the financial close of field service jobs. You will work as part of a dedicated team to confirm job completion, secure customer authorization, and validate cost postings before items are set to "Ready to Bill" status.
Your day-to-day involves managing the open order queue daily, collaborating with assigned markets via Teams, and processing various invoice upload inboxes. You will be responsible for communicating directly with field offices regarding job status and resolving issues, while also assisting with customer disputes by providing regular updates. The position requires a commitment to meeting established performance metrics and contributing to the continuous improvement of the billing readiness process.

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, experience in job costing, accounting, and customer service, HVAC Service industry experience, experience with ServiceMax, Salesforce, and SAP, ability to demonstrate and build deep process expertise, experience fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and financial acumen.
