About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will be the face and voice of the company, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. Your mission is to connect people with what matters most to them by introducing the latest technology and services, thriving on the challenge of making your sales goals happen.
In this role, you will close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions. You will connect with existing customers daily, engaging with warm prospects provided by AT&T to ensure they remain connected to the services they value. This position is designed for those who enjoy the challenge of independent field work and the satisfaction of solving customer needs on-site.
The Experience
We kick things off with paid training to set you up for success, ensuring you are ready to work independently in the field. Coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities will keep you on track and tech-savvy. You will be equipped with a company-paid device and service plan, giving you first-hand expertise with our latest technology to share with your customers.
You will use strong negotiation and communication skills to make smooth pivots and get it right. The schedule is designed to meet customers on their timeline, which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver's license is required, and a company vehicle is provided for official business use.
