In this position, you will manage the life cycle of loans, engaging with customers through multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. You will present tailored solutions based on customer needs, clearly educate them on loan terms and optional insurance products, and maintain compliance with all relevant laws. You will also handle collections activities while ensuring customers feel supported throughout their journey.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
