About the Role

Loan Sales Specialists empower customers by listening to their needs and providing access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses. This role thrives in a competitive atmosphere where hard work and dedication directly influence success. In this position, you will engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. Your day will involve developing new connections and maintaining existing ones by presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs. You will manage the life cycle of loans, ensuring timely and efficient service while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, you will clearly educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the loans, terms, and their options.

Location and Schedule

This position is located on-site. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
