About the Role

Loan Sales Specialists empower customers by listening to their needs and providing access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses. In this role, you will thrive in a competitive atmosphere where hard work and dedication directly influence success. You will manage the life cycle of loans, engaging with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.

Your day will involve presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs, clearly educating them on optional insurance products, and ensuring they have a thorough understanding of loan terms. You will exhibit a passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed while multitasking to adapt to dynamic demands. Hiring Process & Application

This position is located on-site. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
