About the Role

As a Loan Sales Specialist, you will empower customers by listening to their needs and providing access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses. In this position, you will engage with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions based on their unique needs. You will manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while ensuring strict compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Your day will involve educating customers on loan terms, optional insurance products, and their options, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their financial decisions. You will exhibit a passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and a goal-oriented attitude to exceed customer expectations.

Location and Schedule

This position is based on-site. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
