About the Role
We are looking for "Game Changers"—people who wake up excited to help others and are the superheroes in their field who genuinely care about the individuals they serve. As an Outpatient Therapist in Family Services based out of Auburn Hills, you will join a team of professionals who are passionate about serving the community.
In this hybrid remote role, you will analyze clinical histories to develop individualized treatment plans and conduct clinical interviews to provide individual, group, or family psychotherapy. You will collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team to address clinical interventions, perform case management functions, and liaise with community agencies. Your work will involve administering psychometric tests, providing crisis intervention, and ensuring all documentation meets Medicaid and Department of Community Health guidelines. You will also be expected to provide phone support for crisis intervention coverage one week per year.
