As a Sales Representative, you will join our team to meet with clients who have specifically requested your help regarding their life insurance needs. This role focuses on providing guidance for final expense planning without the pressure of cold calling, as we provide fresh, direct-mail leads. You will work with top-quality insurance carriers and benefit from a clear structure designed to help you earn your own promotions.
To apply, you must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. You must also have, or be willing to obtain, your state life insurance license. Once selected, you will engage in a comprehensive training program including local support, one-on-one field training with top-producing agents, classroom boot camps, webinars, and team calls.
We offer a flexible schedule and a commission-only position (1099) with paid top-tier commissions on both up-front and renewal policies, paid daily. In addition to competitive earnings, we provide incentive bonuses and trips.
