About the Role

As a Benefits Administrator, you will be the vital link between our employees and their comprehensive benefit programs. This role exists to ensure our benefits experience remains clear, compliant, and employee-friendly, particularly during critical periods like Open Enrollment.

In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employee and consultant inquiries, resolving issues with empathy and discretion. Your day-to-day involves partnering closely with vendors, payroll, and accounting teams to manage accurate deductions, billing, and plan contributions. You will handle the end-to-end administration of retirement plans, health savings accounts (HSA/FSA), and COBRA, while ensuring timely distribution of required plan documents and communications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organizing complex data, maintaining high confidentiality, and providing exceptional service to a diverse workforce.
