About the Role
In this role, you will provide a positive first and last impression to guests as they arrive and leave the hotel. You will be professional and friendly when servicing guests, assisting with luggage and packages upon arrival and departure, and arranging transportation when necessary. You are the face of the hotel, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to genuine connection.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide guests with information about their stay and answer inquiries
- check_circleDeliver messages, packages, flowers, and housekeeping items to guest rooms
- check_circleSet up and clean meeting rooms and direct guests to various functions
- check_circleMaintain complimentary lobby functions including morning coffee service and events
- check_circleSecure guest luggage and arrange transportation including hailing taxicabs
- check_circleSubmit Lost & Found reports for all articles found during shifts
- check_circleBook tours and assist with general information when the concierge is unavailable
- check_circleGreet guests and transport luggage to guestrooms during check-in and check-out
- check_circleAssist valet operations and ensure the white zone remains clear for guest arrivals
Requirements
