We are hiring full-time Behavioral Health Technicians to work directly with adolescents at our residential facility, West River Haven, located in Brattleboro, VT. In this role, you will supervise and interact with clients, teach responsible living skills, and document services as you help build better futures.
You will serve as a role model, providing direct supervision and leadership in a therapeutic and meaningful manner. Your day will involve implementing daily activity schedules, coordinating client activities such as Family Night and Structured Recreation, and facilitating psycho-educational groups via standardized curricula. You will also conduct head counts for security and assist with mentoring newer team members, all while supporting the Abraxas philosophy and its Seven Key Principles of care.
