About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide essential peer and operational support to our patients during their recovery journey. As a BHT, you will spend the most time with our patients, playing a vital role in fostering trust and connection while ensuring patient safety at all times. This position is based in Milford, DE, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
