Point Quest Group is a leading national provider of special education services, partnering with over 350 school districts to help students with unique needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Guided by a growth mindset, courageous leadership, and a deep culture of collaboration, fun, and determination, our teams show up every day ready to do whatever it takes for the students we serve. Through in-district services, therapeutic day schools, and specialized staffing, we deliver the personalized support every student needs—and deserves—to succeed.
As a Behavioral Aide, you will be the backbone of support for students with special needs in K-12 school settings. This role exists to ensure every student receives the personalized care required to navigate their learning journey successfully. You will work closely with teachers and clinical staff to implement behavior intervention plans and provide one-on-one instructional support tailored to individual needs.
Your day will involve applying ABA methodologies to support targeted behavior goals, monitoring students during class, breaks, meals, and transportation, and responding to crisis situations using Pro-ACT or CPI intervention techniques. Beyond direct student interaction, you will record daily data on behavior and skills progression, serving as a vital communication link between the student, their teachers, and supervisors. It is a role defined by patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while helping students build the skills they need to succeed.
Join a supportive, collaborative team environment where your work has immediate, meaningful impact. We are committed to your professional growth and well-being, offering CEU and license reimbursement, a Special Education Credentialing Reimbursement Program, and tuition assistance. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) contributions, along with paid sick leave, holidays, and vacation. We also prioritize financial flexibility for our team members with Daily Pay, allowing you to access your earnings when you need them.
Point Quest Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all employees and students.
