Encompass Health seeks a Bedside Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will serve as a vital link in the continuum of care, performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, and administering treatments while closely monitoring patient progress.
Your day will involve educating patients and their families on care plans, medications, and safety protocols. You will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary rehab team to support safe transitions of care, manage complex rehabilitation needs, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients recovering from acute care events as they work toward regaining independence.
