About the Role

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor is the advisor on the customer's journey. Your primary objective is to create a memorable shopping experience by helping customers navigate their beauty needs, whether that involves hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails.

You will build relationships and inspire loyalty by recommending complementary products, informing customers of current promotions, and ensuring they are enrolled in our Loyalty program. Beyond sales, you will set up advertising displays, arrange merchandise to highlight events, and maintain a professional store environment. Sally Beauty provides the knowledge and training you need; you bring the passion and personality.
