About the Role
The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor is the advisor on the customer's journey. Your primary objective is to create a memorable shopping experience by helping customers navigate their beauty needs, whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. This role requires bringing your passion and personality to the team, while we provide the necessary knowledge and training to support your growth. You will build relationships, inspire loyalty, and ensure customers are informed about promotions and our Loyalty program.
