ENT Specialists of Orange County is a well-established and highly respected private practice located in beautiful Orange County, California. Our dynamic team consists of three otolaryngologists, three physician assistants, and seven audiologists. We operate across three office locations, including one with an on-site ambulatory surgery center (ASC). We are affiliated with a leading health system in Southern California, which provides access to advanced resources, collaborative care, and a strong referral network. Our in-house billing department ensures streamlined revenue cycle management and enhanced financial transparency.

About the Role

This opportunity arises as our senior comprehensive otolaryngologist transitions into retirement, leaving behind a loyal patient base, a waitlist of several months, and a robust surgical volume. We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Comprehensive Otolaryngologist to join our practice and take over this thriving patient panel. You will treat adult and pediatric patients across the full spectrum of general ENT, with the autonomy to shape your schedule and clinical interests.
