About the Role

As a Grocery Clerk in our Bakery or Deli department, you will be the face of our commitment to exceptional service. Your mission is to create an outstanding customer experience by preparing items per customer requests, offering product samples, and sharing knowledge about our latest specials. You will ensure customers receive fresh products in the correct portion sizes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

In this role, you will embrace the "Customer 1st" strategy, encouraging a culture where every associate delivers excellent service. You will work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing inventory, labeling merchandise, and ensuring all equipment is used according to company guidelines. By adhering to food safety regulations and maintaining proper temperatures, you help establish a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return.
