About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will serve as one of the leading management figures in the store, responsible for achieving maximum sales and optimum profit while mentoring a cohesive team of high-performing management and staff. This position acts as a vital bridge, maintaining an open line of communication among staff while liaising between Store Operations and Corporate Directives.

You will be expected to uphold the highest standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) while supporting 85°C's key vision. The role demands a positive, "can-do" attitude and a willingness to take on challenges. You will foster an owner mentality among yourself and all subordinate managers, ensuring that daily store operations run smoothly from opening to closing. This is a hands-on position requiring moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, continuous standing, and working in environments with varying temperatures.
