We are seeking a highly skilled AML Product Engineer to join our team and take ownership of the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) products. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between software engineering and regulatory compliance, working closely with cross-functional teams including compliance, data science, and product management. Your mission is to build effective AML solutions that detect and prevent financial crimes, ensuring our systems remain scalable, reliable, and audit-ready.
In this role, you will translate complex AML rules and regulatory requirements into technical specifications. You will collaborate with data scientists to implement machine learning models for enhanced detection of suspicious activities and continuously refine workflows to improve product performance. This position is designed for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in an agile environment and is eager to innovate within the financial crime landscape.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; High school diploma or equivalent required for eligibility.
