About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AML Product Engineer to join our team and take ownership of the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) products. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between software engineering and regulatory compliance, working closely with cross-functional teams including compliance, data science, and product management. Your mission is to build effective AML solutions that detect and prevent financial crimes, ensuring our systems remain scalable, reliable, and audit-ready.

In this role, you will translate complex AML rules and regulatory requirements into technical specifications. You will collaborate with data scientists to implement machine learning models for enhanced detection of suspicious activities and continuously refine workflows to improve product performance. This position is designed for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in an agile environment and is eager to innovate within the financial crime landscape.

Our Way of Working

At Synchrony, we are proud to offer flexibility. Our way of working allows you the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. We ensure all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status. We're proud to have an award-winning culture for all.
