The Endpoint Privileged Access Engineer serves as a critical guardian of Synchrony's security posture, managing Windows and macOS workstations through the implementation and maintenance of Delinea Privilege Manager. This position exists to bridge the gap between strict security compliance and user productivity, ensuring that privileged access is restricted, monitored, and aligned with policy while enabling users to perform their daily tasks effectively.
Driven by current platform demand and a strategic need to scale, this role is essential for increasing team capacity to meet Synchrony's growing requirements. The engineer will strengthen compliance alignment across a high volume of privileged access, standardizing controls to address current capacity constraints and support the organization's future growth.
