We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Owner to lead the development and implementation of new features within our digital buy channel. This role serves as the critical bridge between business strategy and technical execution, requiring strong communication skills to navigate a matrixed environment with clients and development teams.
You will own the end-to-end feature development cycle, from initial concept and backlog grooming to launch and performance analysis. Working within a Scaled Agile framework, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, TechOps, Legal, Compliance, and Credit stakeholders to define priorities and ensure market-ready delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a cross-functional setting, translating market intelligence and user feedback into actionable product requirements while ensuring all solutions meet ADA standards and optimize performance.

You will be required to commute to your nearest hub for in-person engagement activities, including regular business meetings, training, and culture events.

2+ years of experience managing front end digital products and/or platforms; Agile Product Owner (CSPO) or Scrum Master (CSM) or comparable certification; Product Management and/or Business Analyst experience; Consumer finance and/or retail marketing experience with an understanding of core financial drivers.
