About the Role

As the AVP, Data Reporting Manager, you will lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of LPL's enterprise Business Intelligence capabilities. This role exists to advance our Tableau Cloud environment, enable responsible AI-driven analytics, and ensure scalable, reliable data solutions that empower executive and business stakeholders.

You will partner with business, finance, and technology leaders to strengthen trust in enterprise BI and maximize the ROI of our analytics platforms. Your day-to-day involves translating complex business requirements into scalable BI architecture, driving the adoption of certified data assets, and building high-performing teams. By integrating responsible AI capabilities, you will accelerate modernization and enable scalable decision-making across the organization.
