The Role and Culture
As an Automotive Technician at MobilityWorks, you will be part of a team-centric environment where every member is highly valued. We offer a remarkable work-life balance with regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM), ensuring you can spend quality time with family or pursue interests outside of work. There are no late nights or weekends required.
In this role, you will engage in highly skilled mechanical work, ranging from diagnosing complex maintenance issues to operating specialized equipment. You will have the opportunity to grow through our structured Tech Tier Program, which offers a clear path from apprenticeship to Master Mobility Technician. As you progress through each career level, you will unlock incentives such as patches, toll reimbursement, additional PTO accrual, and the President's Club trip.

Requirements
