As an Automotive Technician at MobilityWorks, you will join a team of mechanics and technicians of varying expertise levels. Whether you are a student entering the field or an experienced professional, there is a place for you in our Tech Tier Program. This role is designed for those passionate about making a positive impact through highly skilled mechanical work, including the maintenance and repair of automotive and related equipment.
You will be part of a culture that offers a remarkable work-life balance with regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM), ensuring no late nights or weekends. This structure allows you to spend quality time with your family or pursue your interests outside of work. Every team member is highly valued, and we appreciate the unique skills you bring to the table.
MobilityWorks offers a structured path for growth through our Tech Tier Program, allowing you to advance from an entry-level position to a Master Mobility Technician:
As you progress through these levels, you will unlock various incentives, including patches, toll reimbursement, additional PTO accrual, and opportunities for the President's Club trip.
We are actively seeking candidates from diverse backgrounds, not limited to the mobility sector. While OEM and ASE certifications are advantageous, they are not mandatory for entry. Proficiency in diagnostics is essential, and knowledge of 12-volt systems is a valuable asset.
