As an Automotive Technician at MobilityWorks, you will join a team of mechanics and technicians of varying expertise levels. This role is designed for those passionate about making a positive impact while performing highly skilled mechanical work. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of automotive and related equipment, diagnosing complex issues, conducting vehicle inspections, performing road tests, and operating specialized industry equipment.
The position offers a remarkable work-life balance with regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM), ensuring no late nights or weekends. This schedule allows you to spend quality time with your family or pursue interests outside of work. MobilityWorks offers a structured career path known as the Tech Tier Program, allowing you to grow from an entry-level apprentice to a Master Mobility Technician.
