Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMaster the Dealer Management System for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication, and time keeping
- check_circlePerform efficient and expert work on repair orders in accordance with dealership, state, and factory standards
- check_circleMaintain cleanliness in the workspace and inside all customer vehicles
- check_circleConduct Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspections with video documentation and notify Service Advisors of additional recommendations
- check_circleAddress customer concerns through diagnosis, repair, and quality control to achieve 'Fixed First Visit' expectations
- check_circleComplete all required training assignments as directed
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or equivalent
- verifiedMust be 18 years or older
- verifiedAuthorized to work in the U.S.
- verifiedValid in-state driver's license
- verifiedGood driving record
- verifiedPrior automotive technician experience preferred
- verifiedASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred
Nice to Have
Prior automotive technician (mechanic) experience. ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications.
