Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform vehicle diagnostics and complex repairs using manufacturer standards
- check_circleTest, check, and road-test vehicles to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair
- check_circleClean, drain, tag, and return warranty parts as required by the manufacturer
- check_circleDocument efforts made to duplicate complaints on No-Fault Found responses
- check_circleMaintain a clean and organized work area using safe work habits
- check_circlePerform recalls, campaigns, updates, and product alerts following proper procedures
- check_circleExecute repairs in priority order assigned by the shop manager
- check_circleUtilize shop, manufacturer memos, technical, and service bulletins
- check_circleDiagnose, recommend, and repair vehicles utilizing all available assistance
- check_circleCommunicate vehicle progress and completion delays to service advisors
Requirements
- verifiedBMW Certified Technician level
- verified2-3 years of High-end Dealership experience
- verifiedASE Certification
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or Equivalent
- verifiedMust have own tools
- verifiedKnowledge and experience of safety practices and safety equipment
- verifiedDrive both manual & automatic transmissions
- verifiedCurrent Driver's License with a clean driving record
