About the Role
The Porter Manager serves as the operational leader for our vehicle preparation and logistics team. In this full-time capacity, you will be responsible for leading, training, hiring, and overseeing porter staff to ensure all vehicle handling duties are performed seamlessly. Your role is critical in maintaining the dealership's standards for inventory appearance and performance, ensuring that every vehicle meets Nissan's set criteria before delivery.
Day-to-Day Impact
You will drive the efficiency of our lot operations by managing the movement of vehicles between service lanes, stalls, and parking areas. Your team will handle the meticulous care of our inventory, including cleaning interiors and exteriors, replenishing fluids, and replacing batteries as needed. Additionally, you will oversee the stocking of new and pre-owned vehicles, manage key tags, and ensure the lot remains neat and orderly in accordance with dealership display standards.
