As an Automotive ADAS Technician, you will serve as a dedicated Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group. Your role is central to the customer experience, combining technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for customer interaction, vehicle testing and repair, invoice generation, inventory control, and service vehicle maintenance.
In this position, you will work in alignment with all team members to ensure seamless operations. You will determine testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives, perform diagnostic testing, programming, and ADAS calibrations, and handle wiring repairs. Your day-to-day involves advising the shop on needed repairs, managing inventory, and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of service invoices and payments. Additionally, you will maintain shop equipment through preventative maintenance and troubleshooting, while keeping digital records up to date via Google Drive.

Knowledge of OE scan tools. Ability to learn new tools as needed. Knowledge of wiring repair procedures. Ability to service A/C systems. Possesses diagnostic skills in the automotive trade. Basic computer knowledge including using email, spreadsheet and messaging systems. Willing and able to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications and the like.
