About the Role
The Automotive ADAS Technician serves as a dedicated Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group. This role is centered on customer interaction, vehicle testing, and repair, requiring you to work in alignment with all team members. You will be empowered to make decisions and take ownership of your work, ensuring high standards in vehicle diagnostics, calibration, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform wiring repairs and advise shop of needed repairs
- check_circleDeliver completed invoices and payments to the office in an orderly manner
- check_circleCollaborate with teammates to schedule and complete jobs according to PPT guidelines
- check_circleDetermine testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives and reviewing repair estimates
- check_circlePerform diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations, and analysis
- check_circleManage inventory of stock, communicate with support staff for orders, and verify receipts
- check_circleWrite, print, and email service invoices and collect signatures or payments for work performed
- check_circleMaintain shop equipment by troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventative maintenance, and keeping Google Drive updated
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school degree or GED equivalent
- verified4+ years relevant automotive/electronic technician experience
- verifiedKnowledge of OE scan tools
- verifiedKnowledge of wiring repair procedures
- verifiedAbility to service A/C systems
- verifiedDiagnostic skills in the automotive trade
- verifiedBasic computer knowledge including email, spreadsheet and messaging systems
