This position serves as the essential communications link between our clients and the dealership. You will be the face of our sales team, managing inbound and outbound calls while ensuring every lead is addressed within 20 minutes. Your day-to-day involves monitoring website inventory across platforms like Autotrader, Cars.com, and Craigslist to ensure proper merchandising, as well as managing our social media presence on Facebook and Twitter using Hootsuite.
Beyond direct customer interaction, you will provide monthly campaign reporting and act as the primary point of contact for our CRM tool, educating team members on system entry and best practices.
